Ma鈥檃den deploys space technology to explore projects across Arabian Shield聽
Australian space explorer Fleet Space Technologies announced Monday it has signed a contract with Saudi miner Ma鈥檃den to explore up to 12,012.6km虏 of the company鈥檚 priority projects across the Arabian Shield.
The four-year agreement with the聽Fleet Space and聽Tahreez JV will enable high-resolution, real-time 3D subsurface imaging up to 7km in depth to support Ma鈥檃den鈥檚 growth strategy, the company said.聽
The contract expands Fleet Space鈥檚 operational presence in the Middle East following an聽MoU signed in January. The initiative will be delivered through the regional joint venture established by Fleet Space and Tahreez, enabling the rapid deployment of Fleet Space鈥檚 vertically integrated ExoSphere platform, including its network of low earth orbit satellites, smart ground sensors, and advanced AI models that deliver real-time 3D subsurface insights and AI-enabled drill targets to highly remote field teams in days. 聽
Used by miners Rio Tinto, Barrick, Gold Fields, and AngloGold Ashanti to deliver 3D imaging of mineral systems across five continents, ExoSphere enhances data-driven exploration with near-zero environmental impact, the company said. 聽
