The Xat艣奴ll First Nation first filed a judicial review on April 15 with the Supreme Court of BC against the province's minister of mining and critical minerals.
The company expects to process 200 tonnes of clay from the Carina project, resulting in an estimated production of 150 kg of heavy rare earth carbonates.
