How about 50%, shotfirers, drill rig operators, truck drivers, heavy equipment mechanics, heavy pipe fitters, welders electricians etc. That would be equality but women dont want those jobs and men do them for their families. And after 5 years in those positions they get to be a foreman, then another 5 years they get to be a manager. ( no time out for kids). Modern feminism is discrimination against men with equal experience who put in more hours and dont take years out for kids. Its demands equal opportunity in access to jobs but unequal results in outcome.
